Issued certificate or certificate of validity period coincides with another European economic area cards issued in the country;
3.3. in cases other than those mentioned in this rule 3.1 and 3.2 above, the validity of the certificate shall be issued if the applicant wishes to operate flights to the Republic of Latvia's civil aviation aircraft registered in the registry of the aircraft. Validity of the certificate shall be issued for a period not exceeding the European economic area state the validity period of the certificate. 4. Civil Aviation Agency recognise any European economic area country privâtpilotu the aircraft, glider or balloon pilot certificate. The holder of such certificates may take only privātlidojum a day in accordance with visual flight rules with the Republic of Latvia's civil aviation registry, aircraft registered certified single pilot control. 5. If, in considering the question of the recognition of a certificate, is a reasonable doubt as to the countries of the European economic area and the requirement of compliance with the relevant requirements of the Latvian Civil Aviation Agency shall take one of the following measures: 5.1 shall take a decision on the additional inspection certificates for recognition and inform in writing the holder of the certificate, the certificate of the issuing State, the competent authorities and the European Commission;
5.2. three weeks after this provision referred to in paragraph 2, the receipt of the application to the European Commission requesting an opinion on the European economic area country certificates of conformity issued by the European Commission for the purposes of the requirements set. 6. the decision of the European economic area for the recognition of certificates issued in the Republic of Latvia's Civil Aviation Agency adopted: 6.1., within 30 days after receiving the opinion of the European Commission;
6.2. within 90 days of this provision in the application referred to in paragraph 2, if the Civil Aviation Agency has asked the opinion of the European Commission. 7. Civil Aviation Agency shall take all necessary measures, to the European economic area citizens could get civil aviation flight crew qualifications and sort checks qualifications exam for Latvian public or private education institutions under the same conditions as citizens of the Republic of Latvia. 8. Civil Aviation Agency admits to third country certificates issued on the basis of the European economic area national licence, if the holder of the certificate by the European economic area national licence is at least 500 hours threw with the national civil aircraft register registered aircraft. 9. If the licence is not possible under these rules 3, 4 and 5, the Civil Aviation Agency recognises the European economic area country or in a third country, if the certificate issued in accordance with the issued on 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation annex I requirements and if the holder complies with this provision the requirements contained in the annex and pass the required examination. 10. Civil Aviation Agency admits third country certificates issued in the following order: 10.1 if the third Government issued certificate holder has entered into an employment agreement with the economic operator to which the laws of Latvia in the order has been issued air operator's certificate, and intends to make with business related flights for at least 12 consecutive months with the Latvian civil aviation aircraft registered aircraft, issue a certificate of validity or the Latvian civil aviation personnel licence (certificate of qualification under the original marks and expiry date), upon the holder's the check. Issued certificate or certificate of validity period coincides with a certificate issued by a third country;
10.2. the validity of the certificate shall be issued if the applicant wishes to operate flights to the Republic of Latvia's civil aviation aircraft registered in the registry of the aircraft. Validity of the certificate shall be issued for a period not exceeding a third of the State, the period of validity of the licence. 11. If the Civil Aviation Agency issued by the Republic of Latvia's civil aviation personnel licences, on the basis of the certificate issued by a third country, the Republic of Latvia's civil aviation personnel licences. 12. with regard to information obtained in these terms in that order, the Civil Aviation Agency to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia on trade secrets and the protection of personal data.
