Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 660 in Riga august 15, 2006 (pr. Validity of the certificate shall be issued for a period not exceeding the European economic area state the validity period of the certificate. 4. 6.2. within 90 days of this provision in the application referred to in paragraph 2, if the Civil Aviation Agency has asked the opinion of the European Commission. 7. 10.2. the validity of the certificate shall be issued if the applicant wishes to operate flights to the Republic of Latvia's civil aviation aircraft registered in the registry of the aircraft.
