Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 419 in 2015 (28 July. No 36 27) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 March 2004 the Regulation No 127 "Riga historic centre conservation and protection provisions" Issued under the Riga historical centre conservation and Protection Act article 7 do cabinet 8 March 2004 No 127 of the rules of the Riga historical centre conservation and protection provisions "(Latvian journal, 2004; 2005, 39. nr. 98. No, No 14; 2008; 2011 126., no.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words in paragraph 2.6. "apzaļumojum" with the word "greenery". 2. To replace the words "in paragraph 3.1.1 of the natural ground" with the words "nature and greenery area". 3. Make the following paragraph 3.1.4.5.: "3.1.4.5. National Library on the top floor of the building." 4. Replace subparagraph 3.1.4.11., the words "Reval Hotel Latvia" with the words "the Radisson Blu Hotel Latvia". 5. Replace 3.2.  subparagraph, the words "nature base" with the words "nature and greenery area". 6. Replace the third sentence of paragraph 4, the word "renovation" with the word "renewal". 7. Replace the words "in point 4.1 General būvnoteikumo in accordance with the procedure laid down by the" with the words "and the Loggia aizstiklošan building būvnoteikumo the prescribed order". 8. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the alteration of buildings is not allowed if: 5.1 building is State-protected cultural monument and its rebuilding destroyed the building's heritage value; 5.2. after the proposed conversion of the building does not fit into the urban environment, scale, proportion, shape and materials used. " 9. To replace paragraph 6 of the introductory paragraph and in paragraph 7.4.3. and 7.7.3. the words "(altering) Re" with the word "rebuilding". 10. Replace the words "in 7.11.1 nationally significant cultural buildings" with the words "national interests" of the object. 11. Delete paragraph 8.1., the words "or" reconstruction ". 12. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 9, the word "reconstruction" with the word "rebuilding". 13. Replace the 10.  paragraph, the words "not less frequently than once every two years" with the words "if necessary". 14. Replace the abbreviation "in paragraph 12.1 of UNESCO with the words" and the abbreviation "United Nations Educational, scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)". 15. Replace paragraph 12.2., the words "National Committee" with the words "National Commission". 16. Replace paragraph 13, first sentence, the words "reconstruction (rebuilding)" with the word "rebuilding". 17. Replace paragraph 13, second sentence number "12.2." with the number "12.3.".
