Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. in order to ensure the performance of functions under the competence of the Administration performs the following tasks: 3.1 cost State legal aid provided by the funds; 3.2. conclude agreements with legal aid to persons who, in accordance with the Act on State legal aid can be legal aid providers, and designate them for the provision of legal aid; 3.3. organizes and directs the State legal aid register and the State aid register; 3.4. State compensation paid to the victims; 3.5. the 116006 support telephone "help desk" for victims of crime by concluding a contract with the society of "Skalb". The performance of the tasks of the society "Skalb" is the functional supervision of the Administration; 3.6. legislation in the cases and in the order provided by the State to provide legal aid and State compensation paid to the State budget collection; 3.7. prepare and submit reports to the Ministry of Justice on the administration functions and features, as well as proposals for the operation of the Administration; 3.8. the laws and regulations be prepared and duly provide proposals for legislation and policy planning documents for the implementation of the measures provided and the tasks of the authority, the necessary funding from the State budget; 3.9. inform the public about the activities of the Administration collects and provides statistical data for the function execution performance indicators. " 3. Supplement with 14.1 points as follows: "this provision 3.5. section 14.1 shall enter into force on January 1, 2016." 4.
