Increase cohesion fund evaluation capacity" is available for eur 4 941 024, including European Social Fund co-financing of eur 4 199 870 and national public funding of eur 741 154; 7.2. operational programme "growth and employment" objective "10.1.2 raise awareness of cohesion policy funds, providing support for information and communication" is available for eur 2 806 318, including European Social Fund co-financing of eur 2 385 370 and national public funding of eur 420 948; 7.3. the action programme "growth and employment" objective "11.1.1 to support and develop the cohesion policy funds planning, implementation, supervision and control" are available in 22 296 755 euro, including the European regional development fund co-financing of eur 18 952 243 and national public funding of eur 3 344 512; 7.4. the action programme "growth and employment" objective 12.1.1. "cohesion policy funds to improve the planning, implementation, monitoring, control, audit and to support e-cohesion" within 23 231 905 euro are available, including the Cohesion Fund co-financing of eur 19 747 119 and national public funding of eur 3 484 786. 8. supports the objective of the European Union, the maximum co-financing by the Fund shall be 85% of the total eligible cost of the project, but national public funding is 15% of the total eligible cost of the project. 9. The beneficiary shall ensure that the European Union's technical assistance fund in support of the achievement of the objectives, the estimated maximum amount of funding available for the period from 1 January 2015 to 2018 31 December is designated the European Union Fund for technical assistance in the distribution of funding (annex). 10. European Union fund evaluation, including evaluation planning, organizing, and monitoring of the quality of evaluations for the enforcement of the recommendation, the publication of the results and information on the evaluation process; 14.2. the evaluation of capacity-building, including through the evaluation of theme-related events; 14.3. study (including intrastate) development, which underlies the European Union investment fund, ex-ante conditions and specific implementation of recommendations (if the implementation of the recommendation to promote the contribution of the funds of the European Union), the monitoring of the quality of the studies and the publication of results; 14.4. national policies and European structural funds investment and other sources of finance evaluation of the contribution of the European Union in the context of the contribution of the funds. 15. Allowances for project management personnel substitutions may include eligible costs of the project; 15.4. the funds of the European Union technical assistance project management personnel mandatory health checks, health insurance and vision correction costs, determined in accordance with the legislation on State and local officials and employees of the institutions, as well as relevant internal authority regulations, based on the work of the legal and public relations staff; 15.5. evaluation results the publicity costs, including informative material on the evaluation of EU funds and the issuing costs of preparation. 16.10.1.2. purpose of the aid "to raise awareness of cohesion policy funds, providing support for information and communication" monitoring indicators are as follows: 16.1. specific results indicators: 16.1.1. the company's assessment that the European Union allocated to the positive impact on Latvia's economic and social development, planned value 2018 December 31 – 82%; 16.1.2. the proportion of the population who believe that information on the funds of the European Union is sufficient – projected value 2018 31 December – 75%; 16.2. the specific outcome indicator: annual support mandatory publicity measures planned value 2018 – 31 December 4. 17.10.1.2. purpose of the aid within the framework of the project the applicant is a European Union Fund planning, monitoring, implementation and ex post monitoring on participating institutions that ensure the rule referred to in paragraph 11.2. The protection of the environment and regional development Ministry; 17.10. State Chancellery; 17.11. Central Finance and contracting agency. 18. this rule 11.2. aid referred to goal-related activities to be supported are: 18.1. European Union fund information measures; 18.2. the European Union will fund publicity. 19. This rule 11.2. aid referred to under the following plan objectives of direct eligible costs: 19.1. Ministry of the economy; 26.2. The Ministry of education and science; 26.3. The Ministry of culture; 26.4. The Ministry of welfare; 26.5. The Ministry of transport; 16.5. The Ministry of Justice; 16.6. The Ministry of health; 16.7. the Ministry of agriculture; 26.9. The protection of the environment and regional development Ministry; 26.10. Central Finance and contracting agency; 26.11. the procurement monitoring Bureau; 26.12. the State Chancellery; 26.13. The Treasury; 26.14. Daugavpils City municipality; 26.15. Jēkabpils City municipality; 26.16. Jelgava City; 26.17. Jurmala City municipality; 26.18. Baltimore City; 26.19. Rezekne City municipality; 26.20. Riga City municipality; 26.21. Valmiera City municipality; 26.22. Ventspils City municipality. 27. the provisions of paragraph 24 of the aid referred to in goal-related activities to be supported are: 27.1. Administration of European Union funds; 27.2. the supervision of European Union funds; 27.3. the funds of the European Union 2007 – 2013 programming period ex post monitoring; 27.4. training, conferences, seminars, committees, working groups and other events; 27.5. European Union funds the project application selection (including evaluation); 17.1. the funds of the European Union. 28. The provisions of paragraph 24 of the aid referred to in objective plan following the direct eligible costs: 28.1. fee for the service, which aims to improve the European Union funds the quality and effectiveness of aid: 28.1.1.
