Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 768 in Riga in 2006 (19 September. No 48 5) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 449 "use the subsoils and common mineral mining permit as well as the use of geological information in the General order Issued in accordance with the law" on the Earth "in article 4, paragraph 1, the fifth subparagraph of article 10, the first, fourth and eleventh subparagraph and article 23 of the fourth draw of the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 449" use the subsoils and common mineral mining permit as well as the use of geological information in the General order "(Latvian journal, 2005, 101 no) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 4.
2. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the mineral inventory research, procurement and accounting for mineral deposits and mineral inventory balance sheet applied mineral inventory categories according to prospecting detalitāt in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern the use of the subsoils agenda."
3. Delete paragraph 6.
4. Make paragraph 10 by the following: "authorization or licence 10 and mineral deposits, the passport issue: 10.1. If mineral deposits inventory prospecting detalitāt corresponds to category A or N mineral stocks;
10.2. If the municipal territory planning (if any) mineral extraction or surface installation of the ūdensobjekt in the relevant land is set on the territory of the planned (allowed). "
5. Express 21.3. subparagraph as follows: "the use of the subsoils 21.3. for the positioning of the frontier territory map Latvia's geodetic coordinate system LK-92 or plan, if the authorization or licence issued to the quarrying or prospecting."
6. The deletion of the words in paragraph 31.2. "which shows the succession of rights and obligations".
7. Deletion of annex 1.
