No 50 22) amendments to the Cabinet on 1 November 2005, regulations No 822 "provisions on the minimum requirements for admission and transfer student next class general educational establishments (except for boarding schools and special educational institutions)" Issued under the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 18, to make the Cabinet on 1 November 2005, regulations No 822 "provisions on the minimum requirements for admission and transfer student next class general educational establishments (except for boarding schools and special educational institutions)" (Latvian journal 176., 2005, no.) the following amendments: 1. Make the introductory part of paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the educational institutions founder, subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed classes, and educational placement of the municipal administrative territory, each year the plan and up to 1 March to notify the education authority number of trainees to be captured:".
2. Express 7.2. subparagraph by the following: "child medical 7.2 card (form No. 026/u) or, if the learner has reached 18 years of age, an extract from the inpatient/outpatient patient medical record (form 027/u);".
3. Add to paragraph 26, second sentence, after the words "his parents" by the words "and the municipal education management".
