No 66 32) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 451 ' procedure for submitting State recognised vocational education and professional qualification certificates and accredited vocational training programme learning supporting documents "Issued under the Education Act article 14, paragraph 1, of the vocational training law article 6, fourth paragraph, and article 7 paragraph 5 1. make Cabinet on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 451" order in which the addressee State recognised vocational education and professional qualification certificates and accredited vocational training programme learning supporting documents "(Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 102) the following amendments: 1. Express 13, second sentence by the following:" manufacturer of the Ministry of education and science of choice under the public procurement Act. ";
1.2. make 14 the following: "14. Educational institution or examining Centre (hereinafter referred to as the authority) shall provide the manufacturer with the Ministry of education and science of the coherent application of the document in the form of vocational training. The application shall indicate the full name of the institution of professional education, the full name of the document, the necessary forms, education, program name and number, according to the regulations on the classification, the Latvian educational institutions accreditation compliant pages series, number and term of validity. ";
1.3. to replace the 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 27, the words "educational institution" (fold) with the word "authority" (the fold);
1.4. to replace the words "in paragraph 28.1. educational institution which is taught to" with the words "the authority which issued the document" of vocational training;
1.5. to replace the words "in paragraph 17.5. educational institutions" with the word "authorities";
1.6. to replace the words "paragraph 29 professional education institution" with the word "authority";
1.7. replace paragraph 30, the words "educational institution" (fold) with the word "authority" (the fold);
1.8. to make the first sentence of paragraph 31 the following: "If the authority is reorganized or liquidated and its rights and obligations has not been taken over by another authority, reorganized or eliminate body founder (municipality or Ministry, which was subordinated to the authority) issued by another authority to issue a duplicate order.";
1. replace paragraph 3 of annex 4:1.9.1. the words "[second/third]" with "[first/second/third]";
1.9.2. the words "[educational leader]" with "[Education/Examination Center] driver";
1.10. to make 6. paragraph 9 of the annex by the following: "9. the name and address (you can also record details of previous šēj professional education institution)/eksami the nation's name and address (record news about professional education institution in which the learned).";
1.11. to make 6. paragraph 14 of the annex by the following: "14. Educational/examination centre manager's signature. ';
1.12. Replace annex 8, the words "education authorities" with the words "educational centre" examination./
