State fee rates for permissions or OTHER CITES certificate are the following: maricultured 2.1 for use for commercial purposes (code-T)-eight lats;
2.2. use of the specimens in the circus and travelling exhibitions (code-Q)-six lats;
2.3. use of the specimens for other purposes-three lats. 3.100% relief on OTHER permissions or other certificate is issued shall apply where: 3.1. use of specimens is for personal use (Code-P), hunting trophies (code-H), forced measures (code-L), the Zoological Garden (code-Z);
3.2. The CITES permit or certificate of the applicant's OTHER direct regulatory authority. 4. State fees paid out non-cash settlements (with transfer) before the execution of the service, the deposit money credit institution or other body which has the right to carry out money transfers. OTHER permissions or other recipient of the certificate of payment receipt is presented. 5.
