Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1075 Riga 2006 (28 December. Nr. 30) 69 amendments to the Planning Act of the territory of the Republic of Latvia issued the constitutional order of article 81 1. make spatial planning Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 13; Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 189; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 6, 10; 2004, no. 18; 2005, nr. 5) the following amendments: 1. to supplement the law with article 7.1 as follows: "article 7.1. Illegal local binding rule suspension (1) illegal Council (Council) succeed in binding provisions, or of the individual points of the approved planning or detailed plan, regional development and local Government Minister suspended the law "on local governments" in the order, in so far as this law provides otherwise.

"
1.2. to replace the transitional provisions in paragraph 3 of the numbers and the words "31 December 2006" with the figures and the words "31 December 2007".
2. the rules shall enter into force on 30 December 2006.
