Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 6 of 2007 in Riga in January (2. Nr. 1) 27 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 make 1 Cabinet of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 49; 2005; 2006, no. 24, 71, 134 no) the following amendments : 1.1. the title of chapter IX be expressed as follows: "IX. Closing questions";
1.2. to supplement the rules with 45, 46 and 47 of the following paragraph: "2. Those provisions 45. table 1 of the annex, paragraph 68 and annex 2 table 2 of paragraph 62 entry into force by 10 January 2007.
46. This provision of the annex 2 table 1 of paragraph 69 shall enter into force on the 21 January 2007.
47. This provision is 2. table 1 of the annex and paragraph 70 of annex 2 table 2 of 63 shall enter into force on the 21 January 2008. ";
1.3. to complement the informative reference to directives of the European Union with 32, 33 and 34 as follows: "32) Commission 28 June 2006 Directive 2006/59/EC amending the annexes to Council Directives 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for carbaryl, deltamethrin, endosulfan, fenithrothion, methidathion and oxamyl residues;
33) Commission of 7 July 2006, Directive 2006/61/EC amending the annexes to Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for atrazine, azinphos-ethyl, cyfluthrin, ethephon, Fenthion, methamidophos, methomyl, paraquat and triazophos residues;
34) the Commission's July 12, 2006, Directive 2006/62/EC, amending Council Directive 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for desmedipham, phenmedipham and chlorfenvinphos. ";
