Replace paragraph 2, the word "assignment" with the word "objective".
2. Express 3.1. subparagraph by the following: "3.1. management of radioactive waste (including collect, packed, transported, handled, processed, stored and disposed of), as well as the dispatch radio active materials and closed source;".
3. Delete paragraph 3.2.
4. Delete paragraph 4.12.
5. Express 5.2. subparagraph by the following: "5.2. According to approved price list public services charge a fee for providing public services".
