No 12 34) sugar market analysis and preparation of the balance sheet for the submission of the information required and the arrangements for content Issued in accordance with the law the sugar industry article 19 1. determines the order in which sugar manufacturers shall prepare and submit to the rural support service of the European Commission of 29 June 2006, Regulation (EC) no 952/2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 as regards the market in sugar and the quota system management (hereinafter Regulation No 952/2006) and the European Commission of 29 June 2006, Regulation (EC) no 967/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 as regards sugar production in excess of quotas, the information necessary for the sugar market analysis and the preparation of the balance sheet, as well as the content of that information. 2. Sugar producers in the rural support service shall provide the following information: 2.1 concluded delivery contracts for beet sugar production quota (annex 1). The information is provided to the 15 May of the current year;
2.2. buying, processing of sugar beet and sugar production (annex 2). Sugar beet processing information for each decade during the period to provide within five working days after the end of the Decade, indicating the data in ascending order from the period 1 September of the year in question;
2.3. the sugar market resources, sales and selling price of the sugar (annex 3). Information provided for each month until the twentieth month-to-date, the quantity of sugar expressed as white sugar equivalent, indicating the data in ascending order from the period 1 September of the year in question;
2.4. virskvot use of sugar (annex 4). Information provided for each month until the twentieth month date, if the changes have taken place in the month of virskvot the use of sugar;
2.5. the molasses and chips production, market resources, sales and sales prices (annex 5). Information provided for each month until the twentieth month date, indicating the data in ascending order from the period of September 1. 3. Sugar producers to the current year's April 15, be notified in writing to the rural support service of virskvot of the quantity of sugar which is carried over to the next marketing year. 4.
