Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 224 in Riga in 2007 (March 27. No 21 42) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 December 2005, regulations no 973 "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau rules ' Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16. the first paragraph of article 1 do Cabinet of 20 December 2005, regulations no 973" aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau rules "(Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 206) the following amendments: 1. 3.6. making decisions on other rail accidents and incidents related to train movements, if they affect safety, taking into account the seriousness of the accident, its impact on railway safety on a community level as well as infrastructure managers, railway operators, security authorities or the request of the Member States of the European Union. ";
1.4.
