Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 235 in 2007. Riga on 10 April (pr. No 23 15) view of the organisation of aviation and procedures issued under the law "on the air" 40. the second paragraph of article i. 20.5. helicopters, rotoplanier and airplane flights, if wrong, the speed of the fall is less than 80 kilometres per hour: 20.5.1. solo flight demonstrations and the acrobatic flying tions without the height change if the clouds are less than 150 metres (500 feet) from the ground and the visibility is less than one and a half kilometres;
20.5.2. solo flight demonstrations and the acrobatic flying tions with height changes if the clouds are less than 150 metres (500 feet) from the ground and the visibility is less than three kilometres;
20.5.3. rank of flight demonstration and acrobatic flights without the height change if the clouds are less than 150 metres (500 feet) from the ground and the visibility is less than three kilometres;
20.5.4. rank of flight demonstration and acrobatic flights with height changes if the clouds are less than 250 meters (800 feet) and visibility is less than five kilometres;
20.6. This provision not mentioned in 20.5 aircraft: 20.6.1. solo flight demonstrations and akrobātisko flights without the height change if the clouds are less than 150 metres (500 feet) from the ground and the visibility is less than three kilometres;
20.6.2. solo flight demonstrations and akrobātisko flights, with height changes if the clouds are below 300 meters (1000 feet) and visibility is less than five kilometres;
20.6.3. rank of flight demonstrations and akrobātisko flights without the height change if the clouds are less than 250 meters (800 feet) and visibility is less than five kilometres;
20.7. piston engine airplane line flight demonstrations and akrobātisko flights, with height changes if the clouds are below 300 meters (1000 feet) and visibility is less than five kilometres;
12.9. Jet line flight demonstrations and akrobātisko flights, with height changes if the clouds are below 450 metres (1400 feet) and visibility of less than eight kilometers. 21. 23.3.150 meters from the audience, when the aircraft flight speed is up to 555 from 371 kilometres per hour;
23.4.200 metres from the audience, when the aircraft flight speed is more than 556 kilometers per hour. 24. Akrobātisko flights may not be closer than 100 metres from 24.1.: the spectator area if the aircraft flight speed of up to 185 kilometres per hour;
24.2.150 meters from the audience, when the aircraft flight speed is from 186 to 370 kilometres per hour;
24.3.200 metres from the audience, when the aircraft flight speed is up to 555 from 371 kilometres per hour;
15.2.230 metres from the audience, when the aircraft flight speed is more than 556 kilometers per hour. 25. air balloon flights may be performed if the following conditions shall be satisfied:

25.1.-mounted air balloon up and down, not less than 20 metres from the audience area;
25.2. the free air balloon picks up no closer than 20 feet from the audience area and fly over the audience area: 25.2.1. not less than 25 metres;
25.2.2. obstacles not less than 15 metres (50 feet);
25.3. free air balloon lands not closer than 50 meters from the spectator area and fly over the audience area: 25.3.1. not less than 90 meters (300 feet);
25.3.2. obstacles not less than 15 metres (50 feet). 26. Unmanned Aircraft (model) flights may be performed if the following conditions shall be satisfied: 26.1. the model of the radiovadām flight demonstrations performed if the visibility is greater than 500 meters and the wind speed does not exceed 12 metres per second;
26.2. If the model radiovadām equipped with piston engine and is easier for seven kilograms, flight demonstrations not closer than 30 meters from the audience area;
16.3. If the model radiovadām equipped with piston engine and is heavier than seven kilograms, flight demonstrations not closer than 50 meters from the audience area;
16.4. If the model radiovadām equipped with Jet engines, flight demonstrations performed not less than 75 metres from the audience area;
26.5.-driven model planes in flight demonstrations not closer than 15 metres from the spectator area. 27. in the view of aviation Organizer provides all aviation security measures of the view.
