No; 2005 96. no; 2006, 128, 200. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words in paragraph 2.3 "skim milk" with the words "skimmed-milk". 2. " 3. Add to paragraph 4, second sentence, after the word "provided" by the words "food company". 4. Make paragraph 10 by the following: ' 10. tenderers who offers to purchase the approved company products (butter or skimmed-milk powder), submitted in writing to the rural support service of the application for purchase and Commission Regulation No 2771/1999 and Commission Regulation No. 214/2001 obligations. " 5. Delete paragraph 11. 6. To express the following paragraph 12: ' 12. If the intervention buying-in by tendering procedure is implemented, the rural support service within two working days after the publication of the results of the contest shall inform all tenderers of the outcome of the competition. " 7. Delete paragraph 15, the words "(annex 1). 8. Replace paragraph 16, the word "milk" with the words "skimmed-milk". 9. Express 17 as follows: ' 17. If the applicant for products manufactured in Latvia offers intervention buying in another Member State of the European Union, the rural support service at the written request of the applicant, in writing, issue the Commission Regulation No 2771/1999 or in article 6 of Commission Regulation No 214/2001 laid down in article 4 of the supporting information. " 10. Delete the second sentence of paragraph 18. 11. Express 23.2. subparagraph by the following: "a written application 23.2. private storage." 12. Supplement with 23.1 points as follows: "the rural support service 23.1 shall issue the applicant a written acknowledgement of receipt of the application." 13.
