Express 18 as follows : "18. Responsible person: 18.1. at least once a day, check the holding tank and assess fish health and welfare;
18.2. from the holding tank immediately removed dead and damaged fish;
18.3. the transport and housing damaged during fish kills and sold as chilled fishery products;
18.4. the transport and possession of fish died during the destruction of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 October 2002 Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption;
18.5. before issuing a consumer fish kills. "
2. Replace the second column of the annex, the words "the name of the species" with the word "name".
