"; 1.2. make 20 of annex 1 to this paragraph: "20. Arsenic Compounds 1. Prohibited the placing on the market or used as substances and constituents of the product intended to be used for protection against micro-organisms, plants or animals of origin cover (apglumējum) formation: 1.1. toward the boat hull; 1.2. the cages, floats, nets and any other appliances or equipment used for fish or shellfish farming; 1.3. to completely or partially submerged appliances or equipment. 2. it shall be prohibited to place on the market or used as substances and products intended to be used to clean up industrial waste waters, irrespective of their use. 3. it is prohibited to use wood preservation. Wood so treated the placing on the market is prohibited, except for: 3.1 substances and products used for the preservation of wood using only industrial installations where the wood soaked in a vacuum or under pressure, if these connections are type C copper, chromium, arsenic (CCA) solution of inorganic compounds and if they are allowed under the legislation on biocides. Each processed timber products placed on the market separately shall be marked as follows: "Only for professional and industrial use! Arsenic content! " On all wood placed on the market in packs, have a label with the following indication: "working with the wood, use gloves! Cut or otherwise treating the wood, use safety goggles and emergency escape mask against dust! Wood waste to manage as hazardous waste! " 5. Limit the condition referred to in point 3.1., treated wood may not be used: 5.1 residential or household buildings (regardless of purpose); 5.2. If there is a risk of repeated contact with the skin; 5.3 marine waters; 5.4. in agriculture, except as the poles and the construction of livestock fencing, in accordance with the conditions of paragraph 3.2 of the limitation; 5.5. If the treated wood may come into contact with intermediate or finished products intended for use in food or animal feed. 6. Wood treated with arsenic compounds, used in the community until the 2007 September 30 or placed on the market in accordance with these rules, may be marketed and used until the expiry of the term of use. 7. Wood treated with CCA solutions type C, to the community in 2007 and 30 September or placed on the market in accordance with those rules: 7.1 can be used or reused, subject to the constraint condition 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4. the provisions referred to in regard to the use of such wood; 7.2. use of the goods to be placed on the market subject to the constraint condition 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4. the provisions referred to in regard to the use of such wood. 8. Wood treated with other types of CC solutions than those applied in the community until the 2007 September 30, allowed: 8.1 to use or reuse, subject to the constraint condition 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4. the provisions referred to in regard to the use of such wood; 8.2. the placing on the market of second-hand goods, subject to the constraint condition 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4. the provisions referred to in the case of such wood. ";

1.3. to supplement annex 1 to 53 by the following: "53. (PFOS) Perfluorooctane sulfonates C8F17SO2X (X = OH, metal salt (O-M +), halide, amide and other derivatives including polymers) 1. Prohibited the placing on the market or used as a substance or constituent products in the mass concentration equal to or greater than 0.005%, except fire foam, placed on the market before 27 December 2006 and you can use up to 27 June 2011. 2. Prohibited the manufacture and the placing on the market of products or parts thereof, if the mass concentration of PFOS is equal to or greater than 0.1% and it is calculated based on the structural or mikrostrukturāl a particular part that contains PFOS mass, or textiles or other materials, if the overlap quantity of PFOS is equal to or greater than 1 µ g/m2 of the coated material. 3. the Limits of the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, these restrictions do not apply to the following products containing PFOS, as well as substances and products needed for the manufacture of such products: resistant light 3.1 and reflective coatings fotolitogrāfij processes; 3.2. fotografik coating film, paper or press plate; 3.3. mist suppressants for chromium plating not decorative solid (IV) process and the humidifier used in controlled electroplating systems where the amount of PFOS released in the environment are reduced to a minimum, using the best available techniques according to the law "on pollution"; 3.4. for use in aviation hydraulic fluids. 4. the Limits of the provisions of the paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply, having regard to European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 of 31 March 2004 on detergents. 5. not later than the end of 2008. on 27 December the Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency, compiling databases of the information available and, if necessary, by requesting additional information, tracking, informing the Commission thereof, and it shall include information on: 5.1 limit condition 3.3. the processes referred to in respect of which the exemption is applied, as well as the use of PFOS and their discharges. Restriction condition 3.3 performers referred to in each year up to March 1 to submit to the Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency information on PFOS exhaust quantity resulting from the carrying out of the provisions of the limitation referred to in point 3.3; 5.2. fire-extinguishing foams containing PFOS current inventory. "

2. The provisions of point 1.2 shall enter into force by September 30, 2007. 3. The provisions of point 1.3 shall enter into force on the 27 June, 2008.
