No 40. § 12) road safety auditor certification Issued in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act 6 the second subparagraph of article i. 9.2. inform the applicant for certification exam time and place;

9.4. the certified auditor maintains a registry of information about the Auditors issued certificates. 10. Certified auditor registry administrator is CSDD. III. training of Auditors to get 11 or in-depth knowledge of road safety audits, the institution organizes road safety auditor training courses (further-training course) auditor training program. 12. hearing of training courses is a prerequisite to the applicant could organize certification exam. 13. after the full course of the hearing the applicant shall issue a certificate of completion of training courses. The certificate shall contain the following information: the course organizer 13.1. name;
13.2. the number of the licence;
13.3. the recipient of the certificate name, surname and personal code;
13.4. the date of issue of the licence;
13.5. the period of validity of the certificate;
13.6. course name and number of hours. 14. Certificate of completion of training course is valid for 18 months. Certificate does not give the applicant the right to carry out road safety audits. IV. An Auditor's certificate to obtain the necessary documents and evaluation 15. to organize certification exam, an applicant shall submit an application to the Secretary of the Commission, and the following documents: 15.1. a copy of the document about the resulting higher education sector or the road traffic management (management) industry (the original show);
15.2. the certificate of completion of training courses;
15.3. other qualifications or expertise in supporting documentation (copies), if any;
15.4. Description of professional activities for the past five years. 16. The rules referred to in point 15 of the documents submitted by the applicant to the Registrar of the Commission personally, by presenting an identity document or in Latvia issued driving licences. 17. Submissions and documents the Commission shall consider the month of their reception. 18. The Commission shall take a decision not to accept the applicant at the certification exam sort, if: the applicant's qualifications was 18.1. comply with laws and regulations concerning road safety auditors;
18.2. the applicant does not submit the rule referred to in paragraph 15 of document certification exam for sorting;
18.3. the person has provided false details. 19. Within five working days after the document review, the Commission Secretary shall notify the applicant certification exam time, place and order or notify the applicant of the refusal to jump on the certification exam in the sort. If a decision is taken on the issue of the certificate of the Auditors, the notification shall specify the certificate in time and space. 26. Persons who have passed the certification exam, the Ministry of transport issued the certificate of the Auditors. 27. If the applicant passed the certification exam, you can sort he repeated not earlier than after six months. 28. An Auditor's certificate shall include the following information: 28.1. full name of the Commission;
28.2. the certificate number;
28.3. the certified persons name, surname and personal code;
28.4. confirmation that the certified person shall have the right to carry out road safety audits;

28.5. date of issue of the certificate. 29. An Auditor's certificate confirmed by the signature of the President of the Commission and the Ministry of transport of the seal. Vi. Auditor the Auditor skills to be raised 30 qualification every three years. 31. 32.4. the date of issue of the licence;
32.5. the course name and number of hours. VII. Auditor the auditor's warning, suspension and cancellation of certificate 33. 33.2. the auditor fails to comply with a security audit of the travel regulatory laws and requirements. 34. the Commission shall adopt a decision on the cancellation of the certificate of the Auditors in the following cases: 34.1. auditor's application was received with a request to cancel his certificate;
21.3. the auditor has provided incorrect information. 35. the Commission shall adopt a decision on the withdrawal of the certificate of the Auditors in the following cases: 21.8. Auditors repeatedly fail in road safety audits, regulations governing the requirements for what has previously been warned;
35.2. an auditor with the Court's ruling has been declared legally incompetent;
35.3. the auditor and order deadline is not raised. 36. If the pending question of the auditor's certificate of withdrawal or cancellation, the Commission at least five working days before the meeting in writing inform the auditor. In the absence of the auditor is not a basis to question unexamined. 37. Acting on the auditor's certificate of withdrawal or cancellation, the Commission should have the right to request a decision from the Auditors the necessary information. 38. The decision on the auditor's certificate of withdrawal or cancellation, the Commission shall notify the person concerned within five working days after the decision. 39. If the auditor's certificate is revoked, withdrawn or re-certification can be performed no earlier than two years after the withdrawal of the certificate of the Auditors or the date of cancellation. VIII. the issue of the certificate of the Auditors, accounting and recognition for 40. auditor certificate provided to the Secretary of the Commission the auditor's certificate of registration is recorded in the journal. 41. the Commission acknowledges the auditor's certificate as invalid in the following cases: 25.5. certificate is stolen or lost;
41.2. the certificate has become invalid for use. 42. the Commission acknowledges the auditor's certificate, based on the auditor's application. If the auditor's certificate has become invalid, use the certificate of auditor served in the Ministry of transport. 43. If the Commission considers auditor's certificate, a duplicate certificate of auditor. The period of validity of the replica is the same as for recognized auditor certificate. IX. the contested Decision 44. Commission decision may be challenged in the Ministry of transport. 45. The Ministry of transport's decision may appeal to the Court of Justice of the administrative procedure law. X. closing question 46.
