Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 493 in Riga on July 17, 2007 (pr. No 41 18. §) rules for parachute dropping and parachute dropping of issue of the order Issued in accordance with the law "on the air" to the second part of article 30 and article 40 the second part i. 4.4. amateur-person parachute jumping is fun. II. requirements for parachute dropping 5. Athlete, student and amateur trader or an Association of the Rangers may organise, if subject to the following requirements: 5.1 the national agencies received "Civil Aviation Agency" (hereinafter – Civil Aviation Agency) approval;
5.2. the outstanding compulsory insurance according to the law "on the air", the requirements of article 111;

The provisions referred to in paragraph 5.4 positions designate the persons who have the required qualifications. 7. to receive permission, trader or an Association (hereinafter the applicant) submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency submission (annex 2). The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: parachute dropping 7.1 zone areas of the scheme;

If this rule 7.4. referred to in the contract has been concluded with the aircraft owner or operator, whose main activity is not in the home Member State or the Republic of Latvia, the applicant shall submit the following in addition to the copy of the document: 8.1 air operators certificate (if any) or other equivalent national competent Aviation Authority issued the document;
8.2. the certificate of registration of the aircraft;
8.3. the certificate for validity of flight of the aircraft;
8.4. paratroopers parachute used in the flight operations manual. 9. If the Rangers of the submitted copies of the documents must be certified by the laws drafting and presentation of documents established or original document should be presented. 10. Documents for authorization shall be submitted in the language of the country, except the aircraft designer and manufacturer's development documentation. 15.2. tenderers shall give false or misleading information;
15.3. the applicant does not have all the equipment set out in the manual or guide equipment or otherwise not in conformity with the civil aviation security or safety requirements;
15.4. the rules referred to in paragraph 5.4 positions appointed instructors do not meet this provision, paragraph 6. 16. Within three working days after the decision of the Civil Aviation Agency shall notify in writing to the applicant. 17. Applicant's rights after the Civil Aviation Agency specified the reason for removing repeatedly to submit documents for authorization in accordance with the procedure laid down in these provisions. 18. Civil Aviation Agency permit is issued for an unlimited period of time. 19. If the holder of the authorisation for the amendment of this rule 7 or 8, the documents referred to in point or extend their validity, shall immediately inform the Civil Aviation Agency and provide copies of the documents attesting the relevant amendments. 21. Civil Aviation Agency revoke the permission: 21.1. found that the application or the documents attached to it is false news which jeopardise the security of civil aviation or security;
21.2. the holder of the authorisation has not submitted within the prescribed time, the rule referred to in paragraph 19 of the annual report;
21.3. the activities of the holder of the authorization is established in this provision and other aviation regulatory violations of laws which jeopardise the security of civil aviation or security (for example, this rule 5.4 posts referred to appointed persons who do not comply with the provisions of paragraph 6 of the above requirements). If the permit is cancelled, the manual is to be regarded as unconfirmed. III. responsibilities of the holder of the authorization and the right 22. the consent holder shall have the following responsibilities: to respect this rules 22.1 and other Latvian and international law requirements for parachute dropping;
22.2. to inform the Civil Aviation Agency for this rule 7.3 and 7.4. the contract referred to the extension of the termination or amendment and to submit copies of the documents certifying the change;
22.3. to coordinate with the Civil Aviation Agency, any amendments to the manual.
22.4. to prohibit train to parachute (athletes, students, amateur), if the instructor is not valid for the document's formal qualifications;
22.5. to provide parachute training in accordance with the authorization of the holder of the designed and the Civil Aviation Agency approved parachute training program;

22.6. to provide preparation of parachute dropping and dropping, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the manual and order;
14.1. to ensure that the Guide would be available for all persons involved in parachute dropping;

23.8. which is the first to provide necessary medical bills of materials according to the aircraft, the number of persons and one fire-fighting appliances in each passenger room and crew cabin. 39. the aircraft parachute dropping flights shall be carried out in accordance with the 7 December 1944 Convention on international civil aviation annex 2 visual flight requirements. 40. A flight with the aircraft parachute dropping may make pilots: 24.9. which is issued by the Civil Aviation Agency, or the laws of the Republic of Latvia for civil aviation personnel documents recognised within other national competent Aviation Authority issued a commercial licence or privâtpilotu;
40.2. who has mastered the type of aircraft to parachute dropping of the curriculum and are instructed on the parachute Rangers;
40.3. a total of flying the aircraft captain's status is not less than 100 hours flying and the aircraft captain's status with the appropriate aircraft type: 40.3.1. is 10 hours, if the total flying for air status of the master of the ship is from 100 to 150 hours;
40.3.2. is 5 hours, if the total flying for air status is the master of the ship from 151 to 250 hours;
40.3.3. is only checks if the total flight flying the aircraft captain's status has more than 250 hours;
40.4. who by aircraft, which is planning to use the parachute Rangers in the last 90 days has made no less than three takeoff and landing. 41. Parachute dropping in flight of an aircraft may be located: 25.5. parachute jump with parachutes;
41.2. a responsible instructor;
41.3. instructor who trained the students or amateurs;
