Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 492 in Riga on July 17, 2007 (pr. No; 2006, 148 no) the following amendments: 1. amend section 4.4;
1.2. the Express 4.5. subparagraph by the following: "4. the statutory policy instruments of the European Union, the European economic area financial instrument and the Norwegian Government in bilateral financial instruments (hereinafter – financial instruments) payment institutions and functions of the certifying authority and national officers asked the National Fund functions;"
1.3. deleting paragraph 5.10.;
1.4.5.11 and 5.12 in expressing subparagraph by the following: ' 5.11. keeps accounts of foreign financial assistance (PHARE, SAPARD), the financial instrument for the transfer of funds and make payments from these accounts according to the financing memorandum concluded, decisions of the European Commission, financial contracts and other arrangements;
5.12. certification of financial instruments within the expenses incurred, the financial instruments of the financial instrument donors; ";
1.5. make 6.3. subparagraph by the following: "6.3. the certification process for to organize and carry out the laws and regulations in specific control and inspection of financial instruments in the management of the participating institutions;"
1.6. delete paragraph 8.1., the words "as well as the European Union's policy of payment authority functions".
