Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 501 in Riga on July 17, 2007 (pr. No 41 6) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 July 2003, regulations No. 372 "the administrative reform Council Charter" Issued under the State administration of machine article 13 of the law to make the Cabinet on 8 July 2003, regulations No. 372 "the administrative reform Council Charter" (Latvian journal, 2003, 105 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace rule name, in point 1 and in point 3.1., the word "reform" with the words "policy development".
2. Express 3.2. subparagraph by the following: "3.2. to advise the Cabinet on Government policy in the field of development;".
3. Delete paragraph 4.2.
4. Replace paragraph 4.4., the word "reform" with the words "policy development".
5. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the composition of the Council include parliamentary, State institutions, municipal Union of Latvia, Ombudsman offices, non-governmental organizations, University representatives and individuals, as well as, if necessary, call the professionals and experts. The President of the Council is the Director of the State Chancellery. Council personnel approved by the Prime Minister. "
