No 43 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 April 2002, the provisions of no. 151 "package management" Council regulation Issued pursuant to article 17 of the law of the Pack, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet on 9 April 2002 the regulations No. 151 "package management Council Charter" (Latvian journal, 2002, 56 no; 2003, 97. nr.) the following amendments: 1. Delete subparagraph 2.2.
2. Express 2.3. subparagraph by the following: "3. assess the taxpayer for the packaging and disposable utensils and accessories of table management system and application documents and to provide recommendations to the Ministry of the environment on natural resources tax relief;"
3. Express 3.2. subparagraph by the following: "3.2. to request and receive from taxpayers the additional information required for packaging and disposable utensils and accessories of table management system and to prepare recommendations on natural resources tax exemption in respect of the said tax payers."
4. Delete paragraph 4.1.
5. Replace paragraph 4.4., the word "Fund" with the words "the administration of the Fund".
