Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 552 in Riga in 2007 (14 august. 45. § 15) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 September 2005, regulations No 716 "inspection of road transport regulations" Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment in the first part of the draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 September 2005, regulations No 716 "inspection of road transport regulations" (Latvian journal, 2005, 152. No; 2006, nr. 4; 2007, no. 28) and make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. in order to carry out certain functions, according to the competence of the Inspectorate performs the following tasks : commercial and control 3.1 operations and comply with the rules;
3.2. Control passenger provisions (regular and non-regular international and long distance transport);
3.3. control of international transport agreements, compliance with the requirements;
3.4. controlling the transport of dangerous goods regulations;
3.5. control of loading and securing of the deployment and comply with the rules;
3.6. control the actual mass of the vehicle, the axis of the loads and dimensions;
3.7. the control of driving and rest periods for drivers and the registration rules of the device;
3.8. controls the vehicle tyres and the coupling position;
3.9. controlled, or the vehicle is made within the time limit set by the State technical inspection;
3.10 control bus station and other līnijbūvj the situation and if they are used in the transport of international and long distance service;
3.11. provides administrative infringement proceedings;
3.12. organized employee training in the field of control of road transport;
3.13. in agreement with the relevant authorities and transport control services in the service of the said road transport control functions;
3.14. the violation of international autopār freight corridor in the area, based on the documents received from the authorities of foreign contra les;
3.15. If necessary, cooperate and exchange of information with other State and local control of road transport services, State police, local police, customs authorities, the road Directorate, the National Guard, the State revenue service and State labour inspection. On the nature and extent of cooperation between the authorities concerned mutually agree;
