Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 571 Riga, 28 august 2007 (pr. No 47 10) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 July 2003, regulations No. 425 of the State employment agency "regulations" Issued in accordance with the law of public agencies in article 8 the third paragraph 1. make Cabinet of 29 July 2003, regulations No. 425 of the State employment agency "Statute" (Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 111; 2004, nr. 120; 2006 4. nr.) the following amendments: 1. replace the words "paragraph 1 of the unemployed and job seekers" with the words "unemployment , job seekers and persons at risk of unemployment ";
1.2. to replace the words "in paragraph 3.1 of the unemployed and job seekers" with the words "unemployment, job seekers and persons at risk of unemployment";
1.3. make 3.2 and 3.3 subparagraph by the following: "3.2. ensure rapid and high-quality assistance to the unemployed, job seekers and the risk of unemployment, as well as the subjects involved in that person's active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, according to their needs, abilities and preferences;
3.3. organizing, active employment measures and the reduction of unemployment in preventive measures, promote the diversification of these measures as required in the labour market, as well as active employment measures and the reduction of unemployment in overseeing the implementation of preventive measures and cost analysis; "
1.4. Express 4.3 and 4.4 subparagraph by the following: "4.3. collect information on the basis of employer vacancies and to inform the public about them, as well as to inform the public about ways to get the help of the employment agency;
4.4. to inform the public of the unemployed and job seekers ' rights and obligations, the unemployment situation in the country, the implementation by the Agency and the planned arrangements for the unemployed, job seekers and the risk of unemployment the person ie linking, and competitiveness of the labour market, the acquisition of education and further training possibilities in Latvia and abroad, as well as to prepare informative materials on these issues; "
1.5. to complement the 4.6 paragraph after the words "providing job placement services (except for work placements on the ship)" with the words "as well as manage and maintain merchant-job placement service provider licensing and supervisory information system;";
1.6. to complement the 4.7 and 4.8 of the subparagraph after the word "active employment measures" with the words "unemployment reduction and preventive measures";
1.7. the express section 4.12 as follows: "4.12. to organize seminars, conferences and other events, as well as to cooperate with foreign and international institutions the unemployment reduction, employment and career counselling field;";
1.8. to supplement rules 4.17 and 4.18. the subparagraph as follows: "to provide a group of 4.17 and individual consulting career advice, in particular the unemployed and job seekers, persons after parental leave (parental period), after the sentence of imprisonment institutions, persons who have a particular disability, pre-retirement-age people and other subjects at risk of unemployment, to promote socially active attitude towards lifelong learning;
4.18. to provide the modern requirements of appropriate methodological base for career advice services according to the specific nature of each of the target groups. ';
1. replace paragraph 11, the words "support of the unemployed and jobs seekers" with the words "unemployment, job seekers and persons at risk of unemployment support".
2. Be declared unenforceable: 2.1. Cabinet of Ministers of 15 June 2004, Regulation No 543 ' professional career choice State agencies rules "(Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 101);
2.2. the Cabinet of Ministers of 10 January 2006, Regulation No 26 "regulations on professional career choice State agencies provide public pay-services price list" (Latvian journal, 2006, no. 10).
3. Regulations shall enter into force by 1 September 2007. Prime Minister-Minister of finance Spurdziņš o. Welfare Minister d.-Staķ
