Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 601, Riga 2007 (4 September. 49. § 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 June 2001 on the rules no 230 ' rules on State social security payments from the State budget and State social insurance special budget "Issued in accordance with the law" on State social insurance "the third paragraph of article 14 and article 19 to make a Cabinet of Ministers of 5 June 2001 on the rules no 230 ' rules on State social security payments from the State budget and State social insurance special budget" (Latvian journal in 2001, 91 no; 2003, no 114, 183; 2004, 52, 76, 124. no; 2005, 202. No.) the following amendments: 1. delete the 2.1, 3.1 and 4.1.
2. the introductory part of paragraph 5 Deleted: 2.1 "3.1.";
2.2. number "4.1".
3. Delete paragraph 5.2.
4. Express 6.1. and 6.2. subparagraph by the following: "gone to the 6.1 as foreign service of missing soldier's spouse, except that if a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or telecommute, provided with child care related leave without pay or on conservation would like the foreign spouse of a person who has been granted diplomatic rank under diplomatic and consular law and which comply with the diplomatic and consular services abroad. The list shall indicate the granting of leave by the person concerned or the departure date;
6.2. returned from overseas as the concerned service of missing soldier's spouse, except that if a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or telecommute, returned from vacation, which was related to the child care wage without saving, or returned from that foreign State as the spouse of a person who has been granted diplomatic rank under diplomatic and consular law and which comply with the diplomatic and consular services abroad. The list shall indicate the persons concerned the expiry of leave or return date. "
5. Delete paragraph 11.1:5.1 number "3.1.";
5.2. the number "4.1".
