Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 617 in Riga in 2007 (on 11 September. Nr. 50. § 18) the rules on the national and European aid for beekeeping, its administration and supervision order Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth and seventh subparagraph 1. determines the order in which grant, administered and monitored by national and European Union aid for beekeeping (hereinafter referred to as aid) pursuant to the Council of 26 April 2004, Regulation (EC) No 797/2004 on measures improving general conditions for the production and marketing of apiculture products (hereinafter Regulation No 797/2004). 2. The granting of aid, the Administration and supervision of the Field Support Service (hereinafter service). 3. the aid shall be granted each year for the period from 1 September to 31 august of the following year for the following measures: 3.1. technical assistance and information measures to increase honey production efficiency and improve product quality and safety;
3.2. control of varroasis control;
3.3. cooperation with beekeepers or associations of beekeepers to control honey qualitative indicators;
3.4. updating the number of bees hives. 4. eligible beekeepers organization, registered in the register of associations and foundations. 5. applicants for support each year to 15 July in the submit service: 5.1. implementation plan measures and expenditure;
5.2. the beekeepers organization a copy of the registration certificate;
5.3. the final conclusion of the annual report;
5.4. the parties involved in the implementation of formal education. 6. the applicant shall assess the conformity of this provision in paragraph 4 of these requirements and Regulation No 797/2004, as well as assess the provisions referred to in paragraph 5 of the document. 7. If this provision in paragraph 5 referred to the information in the documents is inaccurate or deficient service writing requires additional information, delaying the decision until the required information. 9.3. the final settlement shall be made when the service filed and approved in the second half-yearly report on measures implemented. 10. the beneficiary shall submit a report on the implementation of the service. The report shall be submitted to the following time limits: 10.1 to 5 April-first half-yearly report;
10.2. to 5 September-the second half-yearly report. 11. in order to receive the aid for 2007, the recipient of the aid to the 2007 17 September final payment submitted service request summary, as well as a review of the measures taken. 12. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 19 April 2005, Regulation No 271 "order in which grant, administered and monitored by national and European Union support for the development of apiculture sector" (Latvian journal, 2005, no. 65).
