No 53 6) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 23 December 2003, regulations No. 736 "rules on water use permit" Issued in accordance with the water management act article 21, second and third paragraphs to make the Cabinet of 23 December 2003, regulations No. 736 "rules on the authorisation of the use of water resources" (Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 183.; 2005, nr. 147.172.2009, No;; 13, nr. 244.) the following amendments : 1. Replace the words in the text of the provisions and the number "Baltic 1977 normal height system" with the words "EVR will disposal in the territory of Latvia". 2. Make the following paragraph 23.1: "23.1 to clarify the permit conditions for the operation of the existing hydrotechnical constructions rules referred to in paragraph 23 of the cases, the Board has the right to require from the user of water resources this rule 6.2.2 and 6.2.4. referred to in paragraph 6.2.6. restored opinions."
