No 52 23. §) ornamental Apple trees for distinctness, uniformity and stability test methodology Issued under the plant variety protection act article 18, second subparagraph i. 5.5. test material is added to a protected zone for the plant passport. III. examination of the variety 6. minimum length of the test varieties are two growing cycles. The growing cycle is considered to be a production cycle. 7. check out the variety in one area of the site. If a breed characteristic in this site can not be established, the breed may continue elsewhere. 8. verification shall be carried out under the conditions of the variety that support plant growth, to allow the characteristics of the variety. 9.
