2. Delete the words in 50.1 "except this rule 50.2. in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 below."
3. 4. K-coefficient of performance of milk quotas in the country/2007.kvotas in the year 2006, that is determined using the following formula: Q2 K = — — — — —-that Q1 Q2-within the quota marketed milk in accordance with the provisions of section 50.1.. "
