Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 678 in Riga in 2007 (9 October. No 57 16) procedures for granting state aid in the implementation of projects for research, technological development and innovation Eureka programme Issued in accordance with the law of scientific activity article 33, third part 1. determines the order in which the grant of State aid projects for research, technological development and innovation Eureka programme. 2. About support of applicants can be registered in the register of scientific institutions, scientific institutions, as well as any small or medium company that is a legal entity and shall comply with the following criteria: 7.1 it is registered in the commercial register;

17.2. the design work-50%;

17.3. technical feasibility studies-75%. 18. where the project involves various stages of research and development, the permissible aid intensity shall be determined according to the respective permissible aid intensities weighted average value calculated in accordance with the relevant eligible costs. 19. in the implementation of joint projects, each receiving the maximum amount of aid may not exceed the permitted aid intensity, calculated on the basis of a particular beneficiary of the total of eligible expenditure. 20. The maximum aid intensity for the project apply to the total amount of aid if the beneficiary at the same time provide from national and European Union funds. 21. The aid must not be combined with funding for other research support program or individual aid project. Other research support programs or individual aid project cost financing may not be used in this study support programme. 22. the decision on the application of project approval or rejection shall be taken at the Ministry of education and science established a Commission.
