If the administrator is a person or small company that complies with the provisions of Commission Regulation No 364/2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 70/2001 as regards the extension of its scope to include aid for research and development, contained in annex 1, the definition of a State fee rate is 10 lats. 4. State fee rates for issue of a duplicate certificate of registration is 10 lats. 5. a State fee shall be paid before the submission of the application. 6. State fee, including the State budget. 7. a State fee shall be paid for the processing of personal data in the registration application, the information referred to in the amendment, if the amendment is related to the administrative area boundary alteration, or change of name, as well as by street name or building number. 8. the national and local government bodies in the State does not pay the fees. 9. If the data State Inspectorate has adopted a decision to refuse registration of the processing of personal data or individual data protection statutory changes to be registered, registration of these provisions 2 and 3 referred to in paragraph 1, the State fee shall not be refunded.
