Nr. 68) 18 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 440 "rules on budgetary institutions asset depreciation rules and conditions of use" Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management for the second part of article 29, make the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 440 "from the sentence about the budget fixed asset depreciation rules and conditions of use" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 100) the following amendments: 1. To complement the chapter III with 11.1 points in this version : "If the asset gets 11.1 without consideration of the budgetary authority, the asset continues to use the remaining useful life and appropriate depreciation rate, on the basis of the information received for the asset."
