Nr. 68) 17 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 15 November 2005 a Regulation No 880 "the order in which the budgetary authority shall keep accounting records" Issued under the law on budget and financial management 29. the second paragraph of article 1 do cabinet 15 November 2005 No. 867 "in the terms of the order in which the budgetary authority shall keep accounting records" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 187) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 6.1 points by the following : "6.1 the budgetary authority accounting policy defines asset unit initial recognition value according to the requirements laid down in the laws and regulations of the budget classification of expenditure.
