6.3. check-in date, agency decisions on unemployment or job seekers to be granted or the refusal to grant an unemployment or job seeker status, decisions on unemployment or job seeker's status or its acquisition;
6.4. the agency visits, services received, including personal involvement in active employment or unemployment reduction in preventive activities, agencies and individuals and between different unemployed individual job search information included in the plan. 7.
