2. the College shall provide the services in accordance with the fee schedule (annex).
3. This provision of the annex 1.2. bottom-point shall not apply to the College of continuing education professional VOCA program "Border" cadets.
4. The provisions of paragraph 3 of the annex shall not apply: 4.1 system institutions the Ministry of the Interior for groups that organ in zēt officials with special ranks;
4.2. the children are with their parents or other legal representatives that use the rules referred to in paragraph 3 of the annex.
