If the object of construction, installation and deployment of the necessary restrictions to ensure the safety of Civil Aviation air navigation Agency carries out a study (with safety-related aviation research complex operating conditions) and to determine the necessary measures to comply with flight security standards. 5. Civil Aviation Agency shall evaluate these rules (2) the documents mentioned in these rules referred to in paragraph 4, the aeronautical study results, assess the impact on the projected object aircraft flight safety and adopt a decision on the authorisation or refusal to issue the permit. 6. Civil Aviation Agency permit is issued only if the planned object does not pose a threat to aircraft flight safety. If necessary, the permit shall include restrictions to ensure safety. 7. the authorization is valid for two years from the date of issue. 8. Information relating to the law "on the air" in article 41, first paragraph, point 3. below the object referred to by the Civil Aviation Agency, within 10 days after the issue of the permit shall send the national agency "Latvian geospatial information agency".
