7.2. If the vehicle is leased, a copy of the lease agreement (the presentation of the original). The lease of the vehicle specified in the lease period may not be shorter than the period of validity of the pass. 8. for collection vehicles pass inkasent in the Ministry of the Interior shall submit the request to the special vehicle pass receiving (annex 2) and the following documents: 8.1. internal security services of CIS: 8.1.1. owned or held cash and cheque collection to find vehicles in the list;

If the vehicle is sold, leased or otherwise alienated, throughput may not be put in use to another natural or legal person. 16. 17.3. the postal operator, the inkasent or the State Chancellery has violated the requirements of this regulation;
17.4. the postal operator, the inkasent or the State Chancellery within three months does not come to get a pass;
17.5. the postal operator, the inkasent or the State Chancellery documents submitted for obtaining specified pass false information;
10.9. the pass is lost;
17.7. the special permit has been withdrawn (license) commercial. 18. Postal operator, inkasent or national registry pass seven working days shall pass to the Ministry, which issued the pass if: 18.1. over the period of validity of a pass;
18.2. the pass is cancelled;

18.3. the special permit continuous (license) the specified business activities. 19. If the business issued special permits to carry out (the licence) the specified commercial activity renewed, throughput can be requested in accordance with the requirements of this regulation. 20. The lost pass is not renewed, it is considered invalid and is removed from circulation. IV. Closing questions 21. Passes issued to the date of entry into force of the provisions shall be valid until the expiry of the period specified therein. 22.
