Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 63 in Riga in 2008 February 5 (pr. 8. § 7) corruption prevention and combating Bureau of the budget in "operational measures 02.00.00 securing appropriations" award, use and monitoring procedures issued in accordance with the law "on State budget for 2008" article 24 1. rules determine the corruption prevention and combating Bureau of the budget in "operational measures 02.00.00 provision" (further-the budget program) allocation, appropriations used horse and monitoring arrangements. 2. the budget provided for the priācij in April used operational measures to reveal the corrupting criminal offences. 3. Corruption Prevention and combating Bureau (hereinafter the Office) receive the money and use it to reflect the accounting records related to State secrets of the corresponding classification facilities, and by using the normat vajos laid down in special labels. 4. If the measures used during the operational funds are recovered, the Office up to the end of the financial year it is credited to the account of the budget of the programme, except in the case of operational funds received in the event is not recovered. 5. If the budget allocated to the programme requires other government funded institution which, in accordance with the law of the right to carry out operational activities and investigate criminal offences related to corruption, the Office in assessing the need for the use of resources in accordance with this provision, for the purposes of paragraph 2, the institution concerned may issue necessary funds based on interdepartmental agreement. 6. the Office no later than one month after the end of the reporting period submitted to the Cabinet a report on the budgetary funds of the programme in the second half of the year.
