" 3. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. " 6. Supplement with 52 and 53 by the following: "52. Consumer Protection Center is entitled to request and receive, free of charge to the boiler plant samples and organize the expertise to check the boiler equipment to comply with the requirements of this regulation. If the inspection found that the boiler equipment does not meet the requirements laid down in these rules, the costs of inspection shall be borne by the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer, who first put the corresponding boiler equipment market of Latvia. 53. If the inspection found that the boiler equipment does not comply with the requirements of this regulation, the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall prevent non-compliance.
