" 6. Supplement with 52 and 53 by the following: "52. Consumer Protection Center is entitled to request and receive, free of charge to the boiler plant samples and organize the expertise to check the boiler equipment to comply with the requirements of this regulation. If the inspection found that the boiler equipment does not meet the requirements laid down in these rules, the costs of inspection shall be borne by the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer, who first put the corresponding boiler equipment market of Latvia. 53. If the inspection found that the boiler equipment does not comply with the requirements of this regulation, the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall prevent non-compliance. " 7. Deletion of informative references to the directives of the European Union 1. 8. Add to the informative reference to European Union directive to point 4 as follows: "4) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2005, the provisions of Directive 2005/32/EC establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-using products and amending Council Directive 92/42/EEC and European Parliament and Council Directive 96/57/EC and 2000/55/EC. ' 9. Deletion of annex 2.
