Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 109 in Riga in 2008 (26 February. Nr. 12-2) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 7 March 2000, in Regulation No 92 "rules on household electric refrigerators and freezer energy efficiency and" conformity assessment Issued under the law "on conformity assessment" article 7 do Cabinet of 7 March 2000, in Regulation No 92 "rules on household electric refrigerators and freezer energy efficiency and conformity assessment" (Latvian journal, 2000, 88.68./89.nr.; 2004, nr.) the following amendments : 1. the supplement to chapter I, 3.1 points as follows: "3.1 fairs and exhibitions may not exhibit refrigerating equipment which does not meet the requirements laid down in these rules, except where the refrigeration equipment is placed well visible warning sign which clearly indicates that the refrigeration equipment must not be placed on the market and use." 2. Express (4) and (5) the following: "4. the manufacturer or his authorised representative certifies the conformity of the refrigeration equipment to the requirements of this regulation, in drawing up the Declaration of conformity according to the standard LVS EN ISO/IEC 17050-1:2005 (A)" conformity assessment-supplier's Declaration of conformity-part 1: General requirements "and the standard LVS EN ISO/IEC 17050-2:2005" conformity assessment-supplier's Declaration of conformity-part 2: Supporting documentation "requirements and highlights each of the refrigeration equipment with the CE marking (annex 3). 5. the manufacturer or his authorised representative shall draw up the rules referred to in paragraph 7 of the technical documentation. The documentation that the manufacturer or its authorised representative stored not less than three years after the last of the refrigeration equipment manufacturing and presented on the market surveillance authority. " 3. Make paragraph 8 by the following: ' 8. Supplement with 13.1 points by the following: "13.1 If refrigeration equipment is marked with the appropriate Community eco-label procedure referred to the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 July 2000, in Regulation (EC) no 1980/2000 on a revised Community eco-label award scheme (hereafter-Regulation (EC) no 1980/2000), or other mark, which, according to Regulation (EC) no 1980/2000, the procedure referred to in article 19 of the recognised as equivalent to the Community eco-label shall be deemed to that the refrigeration equipment meets the requirements of these regulations in so far as the Community eco-label or other marking refers to these requirements. " 7. Make 19, 19.1 and 19.2 of the paragraph by the following: "19. If the refrigeration equipment does not meet the requirements contained in these provisions, the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer fixes. Supplement with informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 September 1996, Directive 96/57/EC on energy efficiency requirements for household electric refrigerators, for refrigeration equipment and their combinations; 2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2005, the provisions of Directive 2005/32/EC establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-using products and amending Council Directive 92/42/EEC and European Parliament and Council Directive 96/57/EC and 2000/55/EC. '
