5.4. the Commission's 21 December 2000 by Regulation (EC) no 2813/2000 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 for the granting of private storage aid for certain fishery products (hereinafter Regulation No 2813/2000), article 5 and 6.

III. 14. IV. Market surveillance interventions 15.
