10.4. the reporting period;
10.5. the withdrawal of authorisation;

11.2. the book of notarial acts. 12. Consular officials and law books in the register kept in the archives of the pārstāvn training. 13. the Minister for Foreign Affairs shall issue instructions on the handling the register and archiving. 14. If the consular officer is postponed, cancelled or disqualified from being released, or dead, the representative for the stamps, books, cases and laws takes over its successor in that post, by drawing up legislation.
