3.4. the Interior Ministry's central medical expertise in the Commission's opinion on the State of health of the employee (copy), if the employee is retired from service for health reasons. 4. the Agency's retirement pension shall be calculated in relation to the average monthly wages for the last 60 months before he retired from the service of the employee (starting from the last day of work) and the seniority of the employee's retirement. 5. the authority average monthly remuneration for the grant of a retirement pension is calculated using the following formula: P = A + Ds + Pr x 8 x 21, which in average monthly Tna Ds pay; A – calculated monthly base salary totals for the last 60 months; P – premium calculated the total for the last 60 months; PR-the calculated total amount of premiums for the last 60 months; TN – actually worked time (in hours) in the last 60 months (not including the time when the employee does not perform the work of the temporary unfitness or was on vacation); 8 – the normal working time (hours); 21 – the average number of working days per month.
6. Average monthly wage shall not be taken into account in the calculation of costs incurred over the previous time periods, the sick-pay and payment for vacation time. 7. the Agency shall examine the documents received and shall take a decision on the issue by NASA, preparing pension retirement pensions calculation (annex 4), or refusal to grant a retirement pension. 8. If the employee has been granted a retirement pension, the Agency carried out a check on the payroll tax and made a copy. Adds a copy of the administrative file. 9. the decision of the Agency and payroll tax booklet is sent to the employee. 10. the decision of the agency employee identified in the Act on administrative procedures the agenda may be challenged in the Ministry of the Interior. The decision of the Ministry of the Interior may appeal to the Court. 11. to receive the law "on personal income tax" benefits, the employee who has been granted a retirement pension by retirement pension shall submit agency payroll tax booklet. 12. the Agency's retirement pension paid for the current month and five district date, transfer the amount of the retirement pension on retirement pension credit or mail in the payment system account, or by post at the retirement pension beneficiary's place of residence. 13. the retirement pension for the first month, if it is granted by the tenth date of the month, the cost of the next month. 14.
