Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 508 in Riga on July 7, 2008 (pr. No 46 30) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 October 2005, the Regulation No 761 "disaster Medical Center Charter," Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16. the first paragraph of article 1 do cabinet from 11 October 2005 a Regulation No 761 "disaster Medical Center Charter" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 164) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 3.4 points below as follows: "3.4. store medical devices and medicinal materials reserves.";
1.2. to supplement the rules with the bottom point 4.4.1 as follows: "4.4.1 store, inventory and update medical devices and medicinal materials reserves, as well as organize their implementation;".
2. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 22 august 2006 Regulation No 686 "national reserve central database medical equipment regulations" (Latvian journal, 2006, 138 no).
