A scientific authority of the foreign researcher's monthly wage and salary employment contracts shall be determined in accordance with the Cabinet's July 12, 2005 regulations no 515 ' rules for foreigners in need of financial resources and the financial resources being determination procedures ". 4. The contract of employment between the scientific institutions and foreign researchers working in addition to the legal points: 4.1 research purpose;
4.2. the qualifications of the foreign researchers;
4.3. foreign researchers ' working conditions;
4.4. foreign researchers ' right to carry out pedagogical work. 5. before the termination of the employment contract of a foreign researcher submitted a scientific institution under contract reports and other necessary documents of relevance. 6. the scientific institution of the contract of employment with the foreign researcher is terminated within a month before the end of the residence permit for foreign researchers in Latvia is rejected to renew a residence permit or it is cancelled. 7. Questions relating to the employment contract and termination, as well as the content of the contract of employment not laid down in these rules, shall be dealt with in accordance with the labour law and other relevant laws and regulations. 8. the provisions do not apply to foreign researchers who are citizens of the European Union.
