Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 561, Riga, 14 July 2008 (pr. 49. § 7) registration of dangerous equipment order Issued in accordance with the law "on technical supervision of dangerous equipment" article 8, first subparagraph, point 2 of rule 1 defines the order in which the legislation on technical supervision of dangerous equipment in certain accredited inspection bodies (hereinafter referred to as the inspection authority) registers hazardous installations dangerous equipment. 2. To register its possessor of dangerous equipment, dangerous equipment shall draw up a technical examination pursuant to laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment and inspection bodies shall be invited to make the appropriate checks. The inspection body shall: 2.1. dangerous equipment registration application (annex 1);
2.2. dangerous equipment to comply with declarations (Declaration of Latvian language translation of) a copy (the original show). The Declaration of dangerous equipment shall be drawn up by the manufacturer, its authorised representative, the importer or the installer according to the regulations for the manufacture of such equipment and the placing on the market;
2.3. a copy of the certificate of conformity (the original show)-dangerous equipment, which will need a certificate of conformity in accordance with the laws of such hazardous equipment manufacture and placing on the market. The copy rule 2.2. approve this referred to the person in question;
2.4. dangerous equipment to Passport, drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment. 3. the inspection authority within 10 working days after this provision referred to in paragraph 2 of document receipt: 3.1 ensure that the documentation submitted for the specified data in international equipment dangerous fake data;
3.2. the application contains hazardous installations;

3.4. If the submitted documentation indicate data meets the actual equipment data and dangerous dangerous equipment shall comply with the laws and regulations on the supervision of dangerous equipment technical requirements, inspection body: 3.4.1. preliminary register of hazardous installations, the necessary data for the hazardous equipment;
3.4.2. dangerous equipment shall be marked with a check mark, which indicates the relevant data;
3.4.3. dangerous equipment shall be marked as the passport checks, records the registration number of the hazardous installations dangerous equipment in the register and issue a passport holder of dangerous equipment. 4. If the inspection body, this rule 3.1. and 3.2. checks referred to in point finds that the documentation submitted in the specified data does not match the actual data of the equipment in hazardous or finds that dangerous equipment does not comply with the legislation on the supervision of dangerous equipment technical requirements, inspection of the body of one working day after the appropriate checks, issue a written refusal of the registration holder, stating the reasons for the refusal, as well as inconsistencies, which reproduce in relation to the documents or equipment. 5. dangerous equipment possessor within 30 working days of receipt of the refusal prevents inconsistencies, prepare hazardous equipment for repeated examination in accordance with the laws and regulations on technical supervision of dangerous equipment, the inspection bodies shall be invited to submit to the examination and inspection of these provisions in the institution referred to in 2.1 submission of inspection. Repeating the test amount is determined by the inspection body. 6. dangerous equipment To remove from the register of dangerous equipment or make changes to the registration of dangerous equipment if the equipment hazardous continuous use, hazardous installations place the possessor changes or change of dangerous equipment registration address, possessor of dangerous equipment shall submit a written application for the inspection body and dangerous equipment passport. 7. the inspection authority within three working days following that rule referred to in paragraph 6 of document checking out changes in the register of dangerous equipment and amend the entry of dangerous equipment passport. 8. The rules referred to in point 2.2. conformity declaration submitted documents proving the origin of dangerous equipment, manufacturer, year of manufacture, use, launch year, and ownership: 8.1 for hazardous installations, the use of which in Latvia and other countries of the European Union or the European economic area countries initiated before these rules referred to in point 2.2 of the laws come into force;
8.2. in the case of katliekārt, which is the Declaration of conformity provided for in the laws of the pressure equipment directive and complex, but where it meets regulations for katliekārt technical monitoring requirements. 9. equipment of road vehicles for the carriage of dangerous goods, provided that they are not intended for the carriage of substances of class 2 in accordance with the European Agreement on the international carriage of dangerous goods by road (ADR), laid down the rules referred to in point 2.2. conformity declaration submitted in compliance with specified in that agreement. 10. Inspection bodies are bound by national būvinspekcij's request to provide information on hazardous installations and their technical condition. 11. the inspection authority shall immediately inform the national būvinspekcij, if it is found that the use of dangerous equipment, which are not registered in the register of dangerous equipment. 12. If the inspection body refused to register hazardous equipment, hazardous installations possessor within 30 days of receipt of the refusal may submit a written complaint to the national būvinspekcij. A month after the possessor of dangerous equipment, receipt of the complaint the national būvinspekcij checks the facts mentioned in the complaint and the State būvinspekcij officer shall take a decision on the registration of dangerous equipment or provide a written refusal of dangerous equipment holder, stating the reasons for the refusal. 13. State būvinspekcij official decisions concerning the refusal to register hazardous installations can be a challenge when submitting the application to the head of the national būvinspekcij of the administrative procedure law. The head of the national būvinspekcij the decision may appeal to the Court. 14. For the monitoring and inspection of hazardous installations, up to 2008 December 30 inspection institutions at least once a month to inform the national būvinspekcij of the registered dangerous equipment by sending the necessary information (annex 2) in paper form and electronically, in accordance with the State of the specified software būvinspekcij. 15. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 May 2007 No. 344 of rules "rules for the registration of dangerous equipment" (Latvian journal, 2007, 88 no). 5. dangerous equipment test: 5.1. first technical inspection;

6. Hazardous equipment inspection type (for example, partial, full, hydraulic, internal inspection) under the technical supervision of dangerous equipment in the legislation.
7. dangerous equipment inspection date, the next check date and the type of inspection, any equipment required in accordance with paragraph 6 of this annex.
8. the Inspection Authority, which shall carry out the inspection of dangerous machines: 8.1 name, registration number and registered office;
8.2. the officer's name, which signed the verification opinion.
9. dangerous equipment manufacturer's name and address.
10. dangerous equipment identification number assigned by the manufacturer and year of manufacture of the equipment.
11. Date when dangerous equipment registered in the register of dangerous equipment.
