Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 561, Riga, 14 July 2008 (pr. 49. § 7) registration of dangerous equipment order Issued in accordance with the law "on technical supervision of dangerous equipment" article 8, first subparagraph, point 2 of rule 1 defines the order in which the legislation on technical supervision of dangerous equipment in certain accredited inspection bodies (hereinafter referred to as the inspection authority) registers hazardous installations dangerous equipment. 2. Inspection bodies are bound by national būvinspekcij's request to provide information on hazardous installations and their technical condition. 11. the inspection authority shall immediately inform the national būvinspekcij, if it is found that the use of dangerous equipment, which are not registered in the register of dangerous equipment. 12. If the inspection body refused to register hazardous equipment, hazardous installations possessor within 30 days of receipt of the refusal may submit a written complaint to the national būvinspekcij. A month after the possessor of dangerous equipment, receipt of the complaint the national būvinspekcij checks the facts mentioned in the complaint and the State būvinspekcij officer shall take a decision on the registration of dangerous equipment or provide a written refusal of dangerous equipment holder, stating the reasons for the refusal. 13. State būvinspekcij official decisions concerning the refusal to register hazardous installations can be a challenge when submitting the application to the head of the national būvinspekcij of the administrative procedure law. The head of the national būvinspekcij the decision may appeal to the Court. 14. For the monitoring and inspection of hazardous installations, up to 2008 December 30 inspection institutions at least once a month to inform the national būvinspekcij of the registered dangerous equipment by sending the necessary information (annex 2) in paper form and electronically, in accordance with the State of the specified software būvinspekcij. 15.
