No 55 §) rules on the number of lay judge of the Court district (City) courts and regional courts issued in accordance with the law "on judiciary" 64. the first paragraph of article 1. determine the number of lay judge of the Court district (City) courts and regional courts. 2. the required number of lay judge of the Court district (City) courts and regional courts elected by the Court in the territory of the Republic and the existing urban District Council, taking into account the following conditions: 2.1 per 1000 population in that district (City) Court shall elect two lay assessors;
