4.3 The provisions referred to in annex 1 products vitamins and minerals can be added according to the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006, Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 on the addition of vitamins and minerals and of certain other substances to foods. "
2. Add to the informative reference to European Union directive to point 4 as follows: "4) Council of 26 September 2007 of Directive 2007/61/EC amending Directive 2001/114/EC relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption."
