The Saeima has adopted and promulgated the following laws of Valstsprezident: amended the public people in the law of seizure to make public a person's seizure law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2004, nr. 2; 2005, 2006 15 No; 1., 14., no., 9, 14; 2007. no; 2008, no. 24; 2009, No 14; Latvian journal, 2009, 100, 155., 193. no; 2010, nr. 178.; 117. in 2011, no; 2013, no 128) the following amendments: 1. in article 11: replace the second part of the number and the word "late" with the number 2500 and 3500 euro "words"; to make the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) If a State or a derived public persons who are not local, worth over € 3500, on the auction shall notify the State concerned or derived public people's Audit Commission, if any, but on local government property auction, if the property values in excess of 1400 euros, the Audit Commission local, if any." 2. Replace article 37, first paragraph, point 1 a number and the word "500 lats" with a number and the word "700 Euro". The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2014. The Parliament adopted the law in 2013 on September 12. The President of the Parliament instead of the President's Āboltiņ 2013 in Riga on September 26.
