Article 9: Add to paragraph 7 of the first paragraph after the number "37." with numbers "37.1, 37.2"; to supplement the first part with 37.1 and 37.2 points as follows: "371) allowance statutory norms within the system of the Ministry of the Interior authorities and prison administration officials with a special service rank of injury, disability or other health damage (except for occupational diseases), where it suffered in the accident, but has not complied with the protection of life or health hazard (risk) related to the service (the post); 372) allowance for statutory standards within the Ministry of the Interior system and the prisons administration officials with a special service rank death; ". 2. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 111: "111.
